Tofo, is an original fishing village, and is located approximately 20 km from Inhambane in Mozambique. Tofo consists of a number of small bays and a long white sandy beach set under a sparkling sun and brushed by clear warm waters. Amazing scuba diving and snorkelling, great fishing, boat charters, coastal exploration and cooking surf make this an activity packed destination. Visited by families, honeymooners, travelling foreigners, as well as surfers, divers and fishermen; Tofo is a happening, yet still very rustic and quaint little hideaway.
The Inhambane coastline has all the makings of a world-class surf-spot; an ideal mix of warm water, consistent swells, sandy headlands, reefs and often the only competition for a surfer is the dolphins.. Surfing lessons are available in Tofo for people keen to start.

World renowned for its scuba and snorkelling, and the consistency of actually being able to swim and dive with dolphins, whale sharks ands Manta Rays, makes this a divers haven on note!
