The camp does not have mains electricity but we do have a solar system with full lighting, plug sockets in each room for charging mobile phones and laptops etc, running water and showers providing all comfort needed. You will also appreciate great sea views from everywhere in the Camp and a colourful landscaped garden with trees and blooming flowers. All the employees of the surf camp will always do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Your bedroom is cleaned by a maid every day and we have a laundry service available.
Food:
Our cook prepares your meal every evening alternating between European food one day and Sénégalese food the next. For breakfast we offer coffee, tea, honey, jelly, fruits etc.. We try to make people discover the traditional food of Senegal which is very good and extremely tasty. For lunch there are a number of beachside restaurants serving freshly caught fish and grilled meats directly in front of the ocean. There are also two small shops within close walking distance of the camp selling drinks and anything else you may need.
The night on the Island:
The night life on the island is very calm and quiet. At the camp we organise some barbecues with music and there is always a place to have a drink on the beach. You can also take a boat to the mainland which is only 5 minutes away where you will find exciting discos and bars. We promise that you will find what you are looking for...

Surf and Activities:
Every day our local guide will take you to the best of 19 spots. Located on the most Western point of Africa the nearby mainland peninsular attracts swell from the North, West and South offering potentially Africa's largest and most consistent swell window. We always do our best to make sure that our guests are at the best place at the right time. Additionally if you would like to try some other activities on the Island we can organise fishing, snorkelling, wakeboarding and scuba diving, and of course you can also just relax on the beautiful white sandy beaches.
