DUPLEXES :
All units have three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom en-suite, the second bedroom has two three-quarter beds pushed together, and has a shower, toilet and wash basin. Both these bedrooms are upstairs. The third bedroom is down stairs and has two three-quarter beds pushed together and one bunk bed (stacker beds), and also has a shower, wash basin and a toilet. All rooms have air conditioning, all units have DSTV, each unit has a chest freezer & fridge and units are all fully equipped.

The resort also has a restaurant, pub, gym, games room and swimming pool.
Coco Rico is situated approximately 600km from Johannesburg and 400km from Durban.
It is embedded in the most southern part of Mozambique, approximately 12km from the Manguzi - Kosi Bay Border Post.
This is the most Southern Border Post between South Africa and Mozambique. Ponta D'Ouro is situated approximately
10km measured from the coast line of Kosi Bay and Sodwana.

2009 RATES:
During Peak Season our rate is R2700.00 per night per unit with a minimum of 8 people (20-24 March, 24 April - 3 May, 14 - 31 December.)
During High Season the rate is R2600.00 per night per unit, with a minimum of 8 people, and a minimum of 3 nights.(1-8 January, 25 March - 16 April, 4 - 7 May, 27 Nov - 13 December.)
During Low Season our rate is R1400.00 per night per unit with a minimum of 4 people. Every person after the 4th person will be R300.00 per night per person extra. (01 Sept.- 26 November)
During the following dates we are running a promotion for 2009 only: 9 Jan. - 19 March, 17-23 April, 8 May - 11 June, 22 June - 6 Aug., 11 - 31 August. The cost per unit with a maximum of 8 people per unit, and a minimum of 2 nights will be R1400.00 per night per unit.
We do require a 50% deposit when booking, and the balance is due 14 days before occupation, except for High Season, when we require the balance 28 days before occupation.

Butchery available in Ponta D' Ouro. If you do bring meat along, it must be vacuum packed.
Medical clinic is situated at Manguzi, 30 km. from Ponta D' Ouro.
Bring all groceries with you, including milk.
Fresh bread is available every day.
