Information
The southern area is probably the most isolated areas on the island. Only a few resorts have been built in this area and many regular visitors to Mauritius are opting for this quieter and more peaceful region. Set amongst sugar cane fields, the south offers that “only resort in the area feel” unlike most of the resorts in the north west. Because most of the resorts are newly built, you will find the most modern and up to date decor, food and service at each of the resorts in this area.
