There are two types of villas to choose from: comfort and luxury.
The Comfort Villas are inspired by the architecture of the Madagascar islands. They are round and largely open to fully benefit from the beauty of the site. They include a large wooden veranda terrace with hammock.
The interior of your villa is cozy and welcoming to live in with a suspended double bed, large bath room with shower, basin, separated WC, storage, ventilator and individual closets. These villas accommodate 2 people.
The Luxury Villas are mostly made of noble Madagascar wood and are inspired by the architecture of the islands. They will allure you with their space (50 m2) and their splendid fittings. You will feel at home and free to take full advantage of the beauty of the place and the view on the lagoon.
The luxury villas are octagonal and also integrate a large individual wooden veranda terrace. They offer all the facilities: A suspended double bed, large bath rooms with shower, double basin, separated WC, storage, ventilator, air-conditioning and individual closets.
The luxury villas can accommodate up to four people, thanks to the mezzanine which you reach by using a solid wood staircase. Ideal for children to share.
Princess Bora Lodge also offer traditional Malagasy massages with local exotic oils – ylang-ylang, coconut, cinnamon, clove, geraniums.
The restaurant offers the finest cuisine on the island and is entirely dedicated to the sun and sea. Halfboard (Breakfast and Dinner) is the only option at the Lodge and you will not be disappointed!

ACTIVITIES
The island is reknown for one of the best diving spots in the Indian Ocean due to the abundant marine life which inhabit the coral reef and the wrecks. Choose to dive to the south of the island (the dives leave directly from the lodge) or in the north where the lodge will organise a transfer. For beginners, it is possible to obtain your PADI certificate at the lodge.
Fishing is one of the most popular activities with the Princesse Bora Lodge team having the best knowledge, equipment and boats available for the guests.
Snorkelling, catamaran trips and canoes are also available for water activities.

The rich and beautiful history of the island of past of kingdoms, pirates, exchanges with the world then peace. You will discover the vestiges of that time; the cemetery of the pirates, the oldest church in Madagascar, the small Madame Island, the dam.
Enjoy the still preserved nature and its cultures (clove tree, pepper, vanilla),
Experience the life of the island and its inhabitants: villages, the capital, Ambodifotatra, the way of life and the market place.
Discover the small islands of the archipelago: Island aux Nattes, Islands aux Sables, the splits
Visit the mangrove and its ecosystem, the primary forest of Ampahiny.
Visit the marvelous private property of Coco Bay, 15 km away from the Lodge
If you are visiting from June to September, a must see are the whales who spend those months breeding or giving birth. Whale watching at its best!
PACKAGES
True Blue suggest a minimum of 6 nights on the island. You will most probably have to spend a night in Tana due to the flight schedule. If you do have time on your hands, combine this trip with a stay on the island of Ile aux Nattes.
