In the fight against climate change, reducing carbon emissions has to be the top priority, but carbon offsetting is another small thing you can do to make a difference.

True Blue Surf and Adventure Travel is proud to be the leader, and probably the first South African owned Travel Agent or Outbound Tour Operator to reduce our carbon emissions, as well as allowing our clients to off set their carbon emissions.

True Blue has partnered with Cleaner Climate, the worlds first carbon solution provider, and are now providing you the option to calculate the carbon footprint of your travel arrangements and contribute towards projects that will reduce the C02 emissions in the atmosphere on your behalf.

This voluntary scheme will invite you to pay a contribution based on the amount of carbon likely to be generated from your travel. You can choose to offset your air travel and land arrangements, by buying CO2 credits that will be used in Greening Projects around the world.

There is a lot we can do to make a difference while travelling. True Blue is taking a stand and will be doing & promoting even simple things, like respecting the local culture of the countries we visit and making sure we live a little greener, by recycling our rubbish, saving energy by switching off air-conditioning and lights, and conserving water. This means that the special places we all visit will remain as unspoilt as possible.
